Hitting 10,000 followers was so much more work than I imagined. I have learned a lot about myself, my academic life, and the global academic community along the way. Most of our community is lovely - optimistic, generous, and supportive. I have come to know many people - university professors, independent scholars, PhD students, and more - who want to build a better Academy. Let’s keep the conversation going and move it forward!
